This conference brought together top nuclear experts – international relations scholars, historians, and policy practitioners – to discuss and debate the theory and practice of nuclear strategy, deterrence, and arms control. The Center for Security Studies was proud to host a day of conversations with scholars and practitioners alike, featuring a keynote address by Dr. John Mearsheimer on the role of great powers in the nuclear arena.
